Relocating to Lexington, SC
I grew up here. If you are moving to Lexington or around Lake Murray, the first call is about your people, your work, and which town actually fits.
Start with a sentence you can send to family. We live in Lexington and get to the lake on weekends. We live in Chapin and the lake is why we came. We live in West Columbia and treat Columbia as downtown. The relocating guide walks that in more detail.
Drive I-20 or I-26 at the hour you will actually drive it. If school pickup will be your life, sit in it. If Lake Murray is the dream, go on a Saturday and on a random Wednesday. Read Lake Murray before you tour a dock listing.
School districts: Lexington County School District One, Lexington-Richland Five, Lexington Two, Lexington Three, Richland One, Richland Two. Confirm the house.
When you need a local on a video walk, start a relocation conversation. The buyer page explains how the first call works.
