I work with first-time buyers, people moving to town, and sellers. I also hear from people I've already helped who are moving again.

Lauren Lux, REALTOR®
I'm a multi-generational Lexington native. I grew up here spending a lot of time on Lake Murray. Both of my parents grew up here too. My grandparents on both sides are from the Midlands as well.
I graduated from Lexington High School. I went to the University of South Carolina and studied elementary education. I taught fourth grade at a local elementary school for four years. Then I changed careers and started in real estate in August 2022.
I've bought and flipped an investment home that I now use as a rental. I know the neighborhoods and the ins and outs of Lake Murray, and I'm happy to share that with anyone who will listen.
For sellers, I go past the MLS. Complimentary consultations, targeted digital ads, and high-quality video are part of how I work to get a home sold.
Whether you are buying a first home or selling to move up to a Lake Murray house, I treat careful, full-service work as the standard.

- You tell me what you need.
- If you're buying, we pick the town. If you're selling, we talk through the house.
- I search, or I pull comps, and I call you.

When I'm not at a showing, I enjoy spending time on Lake Murray, doing Pilates, trying out local restaurants, thrifting and antiquing, and traveling to new places.
But honestly, I love working. I love helping people with their homes and being a part of their journeys. To be honest, I spend well over 40 hours a week doing what I love the most.
