This policy covers the website published at www.laurenluxrealestate.com for Lauren Lux, REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Realty. It is written for a simple marketing site with contact forms, not a site with user accounts or stored logins.

Who receives your information

Forms post to this site's /api/leads endpoint. The message is emailed to laurenLuxSC@gmail.com so Lauren can follow up. If a webhook is also configured, the same fields are forwarded to that private endpoint. If email is not configured, the form returns an error and you should call or email instead. Submissions are not stored in a public database on this app. Do not send sensitive financial documents through the web form.

What we collect

Name, email, phone, intent, optional neighborhood or property address, the page you submitted from, and the message you type. The Home Buyer's Guide form collects email and an optional first name only. A hidden honeypot field is used to ignore automated spam. Server logs may include standard technical data such as IP address and user agent.

How it is used

To respond to real estate inquiries, send requested downloads, and to operate the website. We do not sell form submissions. Brokerage communication rules may still apply when Lauren follows up as a Coldwell Banker Realty agent.

Analytics and cookies

Google Analytics is used to count visits on this personal real estate website. Google Ads is linked to that Analytics property. Essential hosting cookies may be set by the platform that serves the site.

Third parties

Footer links go to Zillow, Coldwell Banker, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Linktree, and Google. Those services have their own policies. This site does not control them.
