Lauren was aware we were planning to list our house. Prior to listing she evaluated the property and suggested a listing price. We agreed it was very reasonable and we would proceed when we were ready to list. As a result of her diligence and hard work, she presented us with a full price offer prior to listing and we closed within weeks. This sale was the largest price per SF in the development. Needless to say, we highly recommend Lauren and will recommend her for real estate needs.

Lauren was absolutely amazing in our search for our first home. She was always game to go look at houses no matter the day or the weather. She was really willing to work with our schedule and if she couldn't be there she would make sure someone else could be. Lauren was great throughout the whole home buying/selling process! We were looking to stay in the same area, but with 2 kids and 4 dogs we needed more room and had a lot of boxes that needed to be checked to make us happy. Luckily, she found us our perfect house as soon as it hit the market and got us a showing asap. When we decided it was perfect for us, she walked us through the entire offer process and helped us get the house at the perfect price for us. On top of that, she got us a cash offer on our other house within 2 weeks and we didn't even have to list our house. She was even willing to help us with our 4 dogs while inspections were going on in our old house since we had nowhere to go with them yet.
